I'm leader of the Bayesian methodology group at BECS. Most of our current and past projects are listed in Bayes group's research page, but since we are so busy doing new research, some recent projects may be missing from there.
My research interests are Bayesian probability theory and methodology, especially inference methods such as Laplace, EP, VB, MC, model assessment and selection, non-parametric models such as Gaussian processes, dynamic models, and hierarchical models.
I'm currently working on brain signal analysis (MEG, fMRI, InI-fMRI ), cancer survival analysis, public and occupational health care data analysis, spatio-temporal epidemiology and large predator population structure and size estimation.
